04 — Creative Direction

Creative
Direction.

You bring the script or the idea, I build the entire visual world around it. From mood boards and style guides to storyboards and art direction: I define the look, feel and direction before a single frame gets made.

From concept sketch to final design
— everything starts here

Where do you want to start?

Most projects use two or three of these. Pick what fits, or let's figure it out together.

01 — Style Guides

The visual language
your video speaks.

Before a single frame moves, every colour, typeface and transition needs a name. A style guide is that rulebook, so nothing gets lost between brief and final cut.

A world built
from zero.

No visual identity yet? Perfect. I design and animate a complete motion language from concept. This is where shows, series, and brand-new brands begin.

From city girl to countryside.
An online series.

Shula explores the gap between city and rural life, a topic that could feel heavy, but in her hands becomes warm, funny and genuinely connecting. The visual identity had to match that. Playful, bright, and unmistakably her.

02 — Storyboards

The blueprint
before the build.

Frame-by-frame planning for camera, characters and pacing. Storyboards let us pressure-test the idea early, catch the weak beats, and walk into production with confidence.

Camera
production.

You're filming. I map the exact shots: angles, movements, presenter positions and how the camera interacts with any on-screen graphics. Every scene is planned so the crew can walk in ready.

A full storyboard for an animated commercial. Every scene, character moment, and transition mapped before production, so the team could walk in knowing exactly what they were making.

03 — Moodboards

The feel before
the first frame.

Colour, texture, reference and tone, gathered before we decide anything. A moodboard is how we get aligned on direction before a single pixel moves.

Moodboard example

Sometimes a project needs a visual direction before anything else. A moodboard is a curated collection of references: colours, textures, imagery, tone. It aligns us on the feel before we commit to a style. It's often the first step in a bigger creative process, or a standalone deliverable when a client needs clarity before brief.

  • Curated visual reference set
  • Colour palette + rationale
  • Tone + texture notes
  • Typography direction
